The organisation grew out of this community's direct action to the problems and needs that they saw around them.

Twenty years later, our projects may have grown but the ethos of "everyone matters" remains as strong as ever.

We are driven by the belief that everyone has the right to define their own identity and be free to explore the full range of their potential.
